📋 Description

• Set technical strategy for critical platform areas to scale with growth.
• Design and evolve APIs, primitives, and self-service paths for teams, partners, customers.
• Own authentication, data-ingestion, and schema evolution for secure, scalable integrations.
• Build secure, well-documented backend services and dev tooling (CI/CD).
• Drive performance, SDLC practices, and buy-vs-build decisions.
• Mentor teammates and set team design patterns as a force multiplier.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years backend development of reliable, scalable systems.
• Deep API design experience: REST, GraphQL; auth protocols (OAuth, API keys, JWT).
• Data integrations from external systems; cloud providers, HRIS, identity providers.
• Systems thinking at scale; reliability and risk awareness.
• Technical leadership and cross-team influence.
• Internal enablement: samples, docs, workshops to onboard engineers.
