Senior BI Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Metabase or comparable BI platforms.
• Define, document, and maintain business metrics, KPIs, reporting standards, and shared business
• Develop and optimise advanced SQL queries for reporting and analytical use cases.
• Design semantic data models and reporting datasets that enable reliable self-service analytics.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency across dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data
• Advanced SQL skills and proven experience working with large analytical datasets.
• Strong hands-on experience building dashboards and reports with Metabase or a similar business
• Experience working with Amazon Redshift and relational database environments.
• Solid understanding of dimensional data modelling and semantic layer design.
• Experience defining business metrics, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and organisation-wide data
