Own day-to-day billing operations for India team
Invoice generation, payment application, reconciliations
Dispute management and AR reporting
Collaborate with Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting and Collections
Improve cash velocity and reduce billing exceptions

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in billing, AR, cash application and collections
ERP/billing systems experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar)
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel with pivot tables)
AR sub-ledger reconciliations and month/quarter-end close experience
Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
UAT testing experience for finance systems; ability to document defects
