Senior Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee billing status by researching inconsistencies and errors.
• Create customized funding invoices for VF deals; ensure timely billing.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Accounts, and Order Mgmt to resolve issues.
• Perform billing audits; identify root causes and drive resolutions.
• Ensure month-end close postings; maintain accurate SOX-compliant records.
• Provide timely reporting and ensure data quality across ERP systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a Billing or Billing-related role
• Independent self-starter in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Expertise with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Zuora knowledge and Salesforce.com experience a plus
