Senior BMS Specialist

📋 Description

• Design and specification of Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Automation and Control
• Development of smart building and automation strategies
• Control and integration of HVAC, lighting, energy monitoring, security, fire alarm and other
• Preparation of technical specifications, control descriptions, and engineering documentation
• Development and review of network architectures and communication protocols
• Participation in commissioning, testing and system validation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BMS, building automation, industrial automation or smart building
• Experience with platforms such as Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, Honeywell, Johnson
• Understanding of communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, Dali, KNX, LoRaWorks, LonWorks
• Experience with BIM and digital project environments is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient building technologies
