• Partner with stakeholders from operations, compliance, technology, and product teams to gather and

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Identify operational pain points and propose product and process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Utilize Claude to accelerate analysis, documentation, and discovery while applying sound judgment

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or product/tech roles.
• Proven ability to gather/document requirements, workflows, and user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Experience in functional testing, defect tracking, and cross-team validation.
• Practical experience using Claude (or similar AI) in day-to-day work.
