Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Own technical analysis, API integrations, and data mapping for enterprise apps and AI-powered data
• Bridge between Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and business stakeholders; translate business
• Prepare user stories, technical specs, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.
• Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release readiness with Engineering teams.
• Analyze system behavior, APIs, logs, and production issues for root-cause analysis and design.
• Maintain architecture decisions, workflows, and integration diagrams in Confluence.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as Technical Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, OpenAPI/Swagger, and integration patterns.
• Experience with API integration, data mapping, database design, PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native apps.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, UML, BPMN, sequence diagrams, workflow modeling.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting.
