Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead analysis and discovery for complex business scenarios with customers, partners, and internal
• Own design of new features including specs, workflows, mockups, and acceptance criteria.
• Assess impact, dependencies, and risks; negotiate scope with stakeholders.
• Decompose initiatives into technical user stories and tasks; manage changes and traceability.
• Provide functional guidance across distribution workflows: Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing
• Lead data flow and integration requirements between Acumatica and external systems; create mappings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, CS, Systems Analysis, or related field; equivalent
• 5+ years in business or system analysis, ERP consulting, or product analysis with complex
• 4+ years in distribution domains: Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory.
• Experience leading requirements lifecycle from discovery to release with clear user stories.
• Experience with developers, QA, and business users; coordinate acceptance testing and validate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure information and manage risks.
