Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Bridge customers, product, developers, QA on complex initiatives
• Lead discovery and solution design for distribution and supply chain features
• Own requirements from concept through release; ensure scalability and testability
• Document data flows and integrations with external systems
• Provide functional guidance to delivery teams and stakeholders
• Prepare test plans, UAT readiness, and user demos

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
• 5+ years in business/system analysis or ERP/product analysis
• 4+ years in distribution domains: Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical user stories
• Experience with developers, QA, and business users; manage acceptance testing
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
