Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Support modernization of mission-critical scheduling/workflow solution for federal government
• Ensure operational needs are understood, validated, prioritized, and translated into actionable
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, users, architects, developers, testers, and leadership
• Facilitate workshops to confirm workflows (scheduling, assignment, tracking, invoicing)
• Maintain traceability from business needs to design, testing, and deployment outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive business analysis for complex tech implementations
• Experience creating BRDs, requirements specs, RTMs, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Leading stakeholder workshops and requirements reviews
• Experience with COTS, SaaS, PaaS, or configurable enterprise solutions
• Working knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional SDLC methodologies
• Strong written communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
