Translate business needs into technical specs and data requirements.
Design metrics, dimensions, and cubes for payer/provider use cases.
Collaborate with clients and teams to ensure smooth transition to analytics platform.
Provide post-go-live support and optimization opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years client-facing consulting or BA in SaaS.
Healthcare terminology proficiency (ACGs, diagnoses, claims).
Experience with payer healthcare datasets.
Proficiency in Python (pandas, requests, boto3) and SQL.
Cloud data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Trino).
