• Document business processes, workflows, and operational manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect business needs in deliverables.
• Ensure documentation and solutions meet compliance, security, and performance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English (daily interaction with stakeholders outside Brazil).
• Experience with Scrum
• Ownership of deliverables; ability to manage priorities and engage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Consultative and proactive mindset; able to lead discussions and influence decisions.
• Comfort with Generative AI tools to enhance productivity.
