6+ years in business analysis or product development in data/analytics.
4+ years in a client-facing consulting environment.
Facilitate interviews/workshops across seniority levels to derive clear requirements.
Excellent communication/presentation to non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise with Agile life cycles and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio).
Hands-on experience using AI to accelerate BA activities in delivery.
