• 6+ years in business analysis or product development in data/analytics.
• 4+ years in client-facing consulting.
• Strong facilitation of interviews/workshops across domains and levels.
• Excellent communication/presentation to non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in Agile (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio or similar).
• Hands-on AI experience to accelerate BA activities in client delivery.
