📋 Description

• Hybrid, full-time role in NPI Operations for Rubrik.
• Translate strategy into operational reality across CPQ and NPI processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quote-to-cash workflows.
• Drive scalable solutions from NPI through EOL with clear timelines.
• Own dashboards, triage queues, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Lead end-to-end CPQ/NPI enhancements with design, testing, and rollout.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a Business Analyst or operations role, preferably SaaS.
• 6+ years hands-on CPQ or quote-to-cash experience.
• Proven track record delivering GTM initiatives in high-growth settings.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Salesforce and Jira; familiarity with SKU configuration and product lifecycle.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to influence without formal authority.
