🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 7+ years in business analysis with requirements gathering and user story creation
• At least 3 years designing UI/UX requirements, wireframes, and workflows
• Minimum 3 years in Financial Services and Retirement Services environments
• Strong knowledge of BPM, analysis methodologies, and process optimization
• Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery
