🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in business analysis with experience in requirements gathering and user story creation.
• At least 3 years designing UI/UX requirements, wireframes, and user-centered workflows.
• Minimum 3 years in Financial Services and Retirement Services environments.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, analysis methodologies, and optimization techniques.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
