Senior Business Analyst (UI/UX & Financial Services)

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements, transforming
• Evaluate current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state
• Define UI/UX requirements, create wireframes, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and
• Act as a subject matter expert for financial services and retirement solutions, providing guidance
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align business goals with technical capabilities
• Promote business process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, including extensive expertise in requirements
• At least 3 years of experience designing UI/UX requirements, wireframes, and user-centered
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within Financial Services and Retirement Services environments.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, analysis methodologies, and process optimization
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
