Deliver value to Bloomreach’s clients by deploying the Engagement Platform
Support clients during implementation: gather requirements, prepare data structures
Manage data migration and deploy automated programs
Advise on e‑commerce, analytics, data management, marketing automation
Build strong client relationships; maximize platform utilization and KPIs
Collaborate with Success Managers on strategies and roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

3-6 years in B2B/B2C SaaS or e‑commerce experience
Knowledge of Bloomreach Engagement features preferred
Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management
Independent, self‑organized, able to navigate ambiguity
Spanish, French or Italian language skills plus English
