Lead analytics initiatives end-to-end, translate business needs into insights
Develop data pipelines and automate data workflows
Create dashboards and reports to support decisions
Build data collection frameworks for structured/unstructured data
Apply advanced math, statistics, and CS concepts for predictive analytics
Ensure data quality, validation, and governance

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in business/data analytics or related roles
Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering
Experience leading analytics in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira, Confluence)
Advanced SQL for data analysis and validation
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms
