📋 Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize BI solutions (dashboards, reports, data models, apps).
• Transform complex datasets into meaningful BI to support decisions.
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
• Develop clear visualizations for technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical/analytical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability across BI outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in BI engineering, analytics, or related technical role.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for analysis, transformation, and querying.
• Expert-level Power BI and Power Apps visualizations/reports/applications.
• Experience with large datasets in enterprise environments.
• Healthcare data experience and knowledge of related regulations/privacy.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

🎁 Benefits
