Manage daily operations of global Visa/Mastercard card issuing; optimize processes and efficiency.
Oversee post-launch ops and promotion of card issuing products, incl. activation and campaigns.
Coordinate with banks, card networks, issuing service providers, and financial partners.
Analyze transaction and user data to optimize processes, activation, and conversion.
Monitor issuing metrics and proactively resolve operational issues.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; English proficiency for daily work.
5+ years in payments/fintech/internet ops; Visa/Mastercard issuing experience preferred.
Familiar with banks, card networks, and issuing service providers' ops; cross-institution collaboration.
Strong cross-team/regional communication; results-driven.
Data-driven and detail-oriented; identify problems via data to drive improvements.
