• 7+ years in Business Operations, PM, or strategic finance
• Autonomous, trusted advisor to leadership; runs programs end-to-end
• Advanced financial rigor; multi-year planning and budgets
• Experience directing large cross-functional programs with PM frameworks
• Executive presence; translates ops/finance narratives for C-suite
• AI fluency; evaluates and scales AI tools and workflows
