Senior Business Systems Analyst - Comprehensive Cancer Center

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operation and admin of clinical research apps
• Coordinate testing, validation, and support for new system functionality
• Support strategic planning for upgrades and integrations
• Assist with regulatory/compliance for FDA 21 CFR Part 11
• Lead cross-functional discussions among clinical, tech, and admin stakeholders
• Develop training materials and user guides

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in health science or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 4–8 years in clinical research/operations
• Expertise in clinical trial data requirements, regulatory affairs, CRF, protocol development
• Experience with CTMS, EDC, eRegulatory tools, EMR; ability to translate tech needs
• Knowledge of clinical research operations; experience with clinicians, regulators, auditors
• Experience creating workflows, SOPs, training materials, user docs
