Senior Business Systems Analyst, CRM

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Ops, Marketing, and Field teams to translate needs.
• Lead analysis across Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud.
• Support Sales processes: lead, account, contact, opportunity, quotes, and pipeline.
• Improve territory management, access models, and data visibility.
• Drive UX improvements and automate workflows to reduce friction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in business or IT; 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience; Marketing Cloud/Life Sciences Cloud.
• Solid Salesforce fundamentals: data model, security, roles, layouts, reports.
• Experience with campaign management, lead routing, territory alignment, quoting.
• SQL knowledge; BI tools like Tableau, CRMA, Power BI.
• ERP/MDM/CPQ integrations and documenting user stories.
