Senior Business Systems Analyst II

📋 Description

• Act as a key partner between business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement
• Develop understanding of go-to-market processes and maintain system architecture maps
• Serve as primary systems partner for assigned domains; manage enhancements, roadmap, backlog, and
• Own Salesforce architecture decisions to support growth and operational needs
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, operations, engineering, and IT to improve
• Support design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of quote-to-cash infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of business analysis or consulting experience, plus 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of go-to-market processes across marketing, sales, CS, and onboarding
• Advanced Salesforce knowledge: custom objects, fields, roles, profiles, permission sets, automation
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions and making architecture
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with attention to detail
