Senior Business Systems Analyst, Legal Operations

📋 Description

• Design, optimize, and support global Legal Ops systems.
• Translate goals into scalable processes and data models.
• Partner with GLOE, Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and vendors to build an integrated ecosystem.
• Map end-to-end Legal workflows and identify standardization and automation opportunities.
• Shape the Legal tech roadmap, balancing run-the-business and change initiatives.
• Coordinate config and integration across platforms (ServiceNow, CLM, Salesforce, knowledge/AI tools) and ensure release quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Systems Analysis, Operations, or Program Management.
• Translate requirements into system designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with ServiceNow (Legal Service Delivery), CLM/matter mgmt, and Salesforce.
• Knowledge management and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong BPMN, workshops, and documentation skills.
• Data analytics: KPIs, dashboards; Snowflake familiarity.
