📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement new compensation policies.
• Lead external market surveys and benchmarking analyses.
• Provide data-backed salary recommendations and internal equity analysis.
• Maintain salary structures, pay bands, and incentive frameworks.
• Support STI and compensation review processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years in compensation, total rewards, or analytical HR/Finance.
• Experience with grading structures and job architecture frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
