📋 Description

• Lead CA Gen consulting projects and support enterprise clients with modernization initiatives.
• Analyze legacy applications and recommend modernization, re-platforming, and re-architecture
• Install, configure, upgrade, and optimize CA Gen environments.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using CA Gen technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges; improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong commercial experience with CA Gen.
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading CA Gen environments.
• Knowledge of application development, CBD, batch/transaction processing, relational DBs
• Proven experience in modernization, legacy transformation, re-platforming.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
