📋 Description

• Lead CA Gen consulting engagements and guide modernization initiatives for enterprise clients.
• Analyze legacy apps; recommend modernization, re-platforming, and re-architecture strategies.
• Install, configure, upgrade CA Gen environments; design and implement CA Gen solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex challenges; improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Deliver projects within scope, timelines, and quality expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong commercial CA Gen experience.
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining CA Gen environments.
• Knowledge of CBD, batch/transaction processing, relational DBs, performance tuning, UI
• Proven modernization, legacy transformation, re-platforming project delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
