📋 Description

• Lead CA Gen consulting projects and support enterprise clients with modernization
• Analyze legacy apps and propose modernization, re-platforming, re-architecture
• Install, configure, upgrade CA Gen environments
• Design, develop, implement solutions using CA Gen tech
• Troubleshoot complex issues to improve performance and reliability
• Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field
• Strong CA Gen experience
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining CA Gen environments
• Knowledge of application development, CBD, batch/transaction processing, RDBMS, performance tuning
• Proven experience in modernization, legacy transformation, re-platforming
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to work independently with clients
