📋 Description

• Lead CA Gen consulting projects for enterprise clients
• Assess legacy apps and define modernization, re-platforming, and re-architecture paths
• Install, configure, upgrade CA Gen environments
• Design, develop, and implement CA Gen solutions
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve performance
• Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
• Strong CA Gen experience; installation, maintenance, upgrades
• Knowledge of CBD, batch/transaction processing, relational DBs, performance tuning, UI design
• Proven modernization, legacy transformation, re-platforming experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Independent work style with client relationship management
