📋 Description

• Lead CA Gen consulting projects for enterprise clients.
• Analyze legacy apps and propose modernization, re-platforming, re-architecture.
• Install/configure/upgrade CA Gen environments and optimize performance.
• Design/develop/implement solutions using CA Gen technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex tech challenges; improve reliability.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong commercial CA Gen experience.
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading CA Gen.
• Strong knowledge of CBD, batch/transaction processing, RDBMS, performance tuning, UI design.
• Proven modernization, legacy transformation, re-platforming delivery experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
