📋 Description

• Lead CA Gen consulting projects for enterprise clients.
• Analyze legacy apps and plan modernization, re-platforming, re-architecture.
• Install/configure/upgrade CA Gen environments and optimize performance.
• Design/develop/implement solutions using CA Gen tech.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with customers to translate needs into technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Strong CA Gen experience; commercial CA Gen expertise.
• Experience installing/configuring/upgrading CA Gen environments.
• CBD, batch/transaction processing, relational DBs, performance tuning, UI design.
• Experience delivering modernization, legacy transformation, re-platforming.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to work independently.
