Senior Capital Markets Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own daily Borrowing Base calculations, Loan Sales, and operational workflows to protect Addi's
• Design and document daily monitoring and reporting workflow for the facility; coordinate with ops
• Independently manage end-to-end BB calculations and loan sale processes in Databricks and Excel.
• Partner with data team to automate balance updates and reduce manual handling in high-volume Excel
• Maintain lender cut-off calendar, flag at-risk deliverables, and build buffers for zero late
• Organize Drive repository with version control for quick audit-ready access.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in financial operations within a bank, brokerage, or structured finance
• 2–3 years in a financial institution with direct exposure to capital markets or treasury operations.
• Experience with hard external deadlines and zero tolerance for errors (settlements
• Prior exposure to Borrowing Base calculations, loan sales, or credit facility management is a plus.
• Solid expertise in Excel and data tools for large-scale financial files; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret Databricks outputs and translate to operational reports; SQL proficiency a
