Senior Care Advisor

📋 Description

• Assist prospective participants and caregivers through PACE enrollment by phone, building
• Collaborate with clinical team and outreach partners to move seniors toward enrollment.
• Handle inbound campaigns, respond to inquiries, assess needs, and follow up on online leads.
• Manage leads and maintain high service levels on all calls, both inbound and outbound.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree preferred; or two years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum one year of tele sales or Medicare/PACE sales experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Medi-Cal knowledge preferred; Medicare Advantage or PACE experience preferred.
