📋 Description

• Own the product lifecycle across softlines, accessories, and collectibles, from concept through
• Translate anime, youth, pop culture, fashion, gaming, and consumer trends into compelling products
• Make buy, pricing, and inventory decisions balancing demand and margins
• Partner with vendors and licensors on development, costing, sampling, approvals, production, and
• Drive cross-functional execution with Design, Creative, Marketing, Planning, Finance, Legal

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years buying/product development experience in softlines, accessories, collectibles, or licensed
• Strong pulse on youth/pop culture trends; anime knowledge is a plus
• Proven track record building assortments and managing buy, pricing, margin, and inventory decisions
• Experience taking products from concept to production and launch with vendors/manufacturers
• Ability to identify new opportunities and maintain premium product quality and brand standards
