📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on delivery partner who designs and executes change programs
• Drive adoption of strategic initiatives, technology implementations, and organizational

🎯 Requirements

• 4 –7 years of experience in organizational design, transformation, and change enablement
• Experience leading or contributing to large-scale transformation workstreams.
• Exposure to digital, product, or engineering initiatives; GenAI experience a plus.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to influence across levels from frontline to senior leaders.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and sessions with clear storytelling and presentation skills.
• Working fluency in AI, automation, and Generative AI; understanding workforce implications.
