🎯 Requirements

4–7 years of progressive experience in organizational design, transformation, and change enablement
Experience leading workstreams within large-scale transformation initiatives.
Exposure to tech-enabled transformations (digital, product, or engineering); GenAI experience a
Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
