📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Certified practitioner in a recognised change management framework (e.g. ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter
• Ability to interpret performance data and organisational metrics to inform change decisions.
• Skilled in systems thinking and co-design; proficient with collaboration tools (Jira, Miro, Lucid).
• Experience applying change frameworks to readiness assessments, strategy, and risk mitigation.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, transition planning; ability to
