📋 Description

  • Complete scheduled work on time, within budget, and within specification
  • Aim for right first-time results to reduce rework

🎯 Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent experience in Chemistry
  • Minimum of 10 years industrial experience or relevant postdoc
  • Proven project management experience
  • Experience in a quality-led laboratory environment
  • Batch manufacture experience from <10 g to at least 1 kg
  • Experience with contract/custom synthesis; knowledge of synthetic organic synthesis, TLC, HPLC
