Manage the complete estimating process for commercial earthwork and utility projects from bid
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs using standard estimating software.
Develop project estimates and bid proposals; review plans and specs for scope.
Prepare and manage RFIs during bidding; follow internal processes.
Maintain bid records within internal systems and communicate with the owner on priorities.
Progress to autonomous bid management within established procedures.

🎯 Requirements

Civil Engineering degree or relevant engineering background preferred.
Proven experience estimating U.S.-based commercial construction projects.
Strong experience with commercial earthwork and utility estimating.
Ability to manage the complete bidding lifecycle from takeoff to submission.
Experience with quantity takeoffs, RFIs, and bid packages.
Understanding of U.S. construction standards and workflows.
