Senior Client Intake Specialist (Immigration and Criminal Defense)

📋 Description

• Screen telephone calls before scheduling an attorney-client consultation
• Monitor potential client inquiries (email, web, phone, referrals)
• Immediately contact potential clients and establish relationships
• Update logs and reporting for status of potential clients
• Interview potential clients with empathy and compassion
• Schedule appointments for potential clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish, REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience required; customer service a plus
• Strong background with performance-based metrics
• Must be able to work weekends
• Immigration and Criminal Defense experience strongly preferred
• Case Management software experience a plus
