Senior Client Partner - Media, Advertising and Education

📋 Description

• Senior Client Partner to lead day-to-day contact for strategic clients in Media, Advertising and
• Provide account & commercial management, delivery oversight and P&L accountability
• Motivate teams, ensure long-term health of client accounts and profitability of engagements
• Act as domain SME with deep industry experience and understanding of media owners, agencies
• Own relationships with client and delivery teams, aligning goals, expectations and deliverables
• Focus on revenue growth, client engagement, and continuous improvement in solutions and service

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT services and/or technology consulting
• Extensive client management experience with a proven track record of 20%+ revenue growth
• Strong ability to develop and execute client strategies driving business growth
• Proven P&L management and ability to forecast revenue and margins
• Excellent communication and ability to engage senior stakeholders (up to SVP/C-level)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
