Senior Clinical Budget Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead budget negotiations with study sites for multiple trials.
• Develop, review, and negotiate budgets and amendments for trial sites.
• Serve as liaison between Clinical Research and Legal; manage contract requests.
• Provide regular updates on site start-up progress and implications.
• Identify delays and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain CTMS data and timely budget documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, finance, legal, or related field; 8+ years budget exp.
• Experience with clinical budgets for medical devices or pharma is desirable.
• Strong organizational and budget negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trial agreements (contracts).
• Ability to handle high volume work and meet deadlines in fast-paced env.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
