Senior Clinical Quality & Patient Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead patient relations and clinical quality improvements
• Own clinical audit program and AI-assisted chart reviews
• Define what gets measured and how findings are used
• Develop clinician coaching frameworks and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with QA, safety, and clinical leadership
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant, complete audit trails

🎯 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• 8+ years clinical practice, women’s health/primary care preferred
• Experience in patient relations, clinical quality, safety, or grievance coordination
• Familiarity with HRT prescribing and midlife women’s health
• Hands-on experience with Athenahealth; Zendesk a plus
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and clinical documentation standards
