Senior Clinical Sales Executive

📋 Description

• Work with Clinical Sales Manager to drive utilization of da Vinci Surgical System
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across primary specialties to support robotics programs
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals
• Train OR staff in pre, intra, and postoperative system management
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for surgical teams to use the system independently
• Drive system utilization and expand the user base with hospital staff and thought leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6-10 years sales experience in medical devices
• Ability to excel in a high-energy environment
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Proven team player
• Ability to travel up to 50%
