Senior Collections & AR Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and manage day-to-day global collections across Cloudinary’s customer base
• Drive collections for strategic and complex accounts
• Monitor AR and follow up on outstanding/overdue balances
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment delays and billing issues
• Identify at-risk accounts and prevent overdue balances
• Manage AR activities: payments, credits, refunds, invoices, receipts, memos

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Collections/Accounts Receivable in a global B2B SaaS company (required)
• Finance/economics-related degree
• Strong AR/collections knowledge
• Experience managing complex accounts, disputes, escalations
• Native-level English (required)
• Advanced Excel (required)
