🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in digital commerce, eCommerce consulting or digital transformation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end commerce/omnichannel initiatives in consulting or services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong CX knowledge, journeys, and optimization principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional/tech requirements.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
