📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate SaaS and partner contracts
• Support partner channel teams in deal facilitation
• Advise sales and cross-functional teams on legal issues
• Use contract/risk processes and management tools
• Develop form agreements and negotiation playbooks
• Deliver training on legal best practices and regulatory developments

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years in-house legal (SaaS tech) experience
• Experience with sales, partner channels, and procurement
• Ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Familiar with Ironclad, Salesforce, Spellbook, Guru
• Comfort working remotely across time zones in US/EMEA/APAC
